A charming villa with undisturbed sea and vineyard views, Villa Emmy is comprised of the main house & an additional private guest house.
Location: Within a 15-minute walk to the Debarquement Beach, a quick drive to Gigaro and only a stones throw away from beach clubs in Ramatuelle and Pamplonne, you will enjoy the fun and excitement of the Côte d’Azur during the summer while being able to rest and enjoy the privacy, the quietness and the beauty of Villa Emmy.
Villa: The spacious air conditioned property of 320 m2+ is nestled in 2000 m2 of luxuriant gardens with a free form swimming pool & several outdoor dining areas.
With two separate entrances, the layout of the villa and grounds allows for families and friends to holiday together while retaining their privacy.
The main house is spread out over three floors.
*On the ground floor, you will find a generous sized master suite with a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, with an en suite bathroom. There is a charming second bedroom with a private bathroom. These bedrooms are complemented by a kitchen and living area where you can comfortably relax while admiring the sea view surrounded by the flowers of the gardens.
*On the first floor, in the main living room, large windows and terracotta floors nod to traditional Provencal style, while a fireplace and a contemporary sectional sofa create a welcoming place to relax. The large terrace offers incomparable views of the Mediterranean Sea. A large rustic-chic kitchen with modern appliances will invite you to cook and try mastering local dishes. On the same floor, two bedrooms with king size beds share a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower.
*The second floor is comprised of a parental suite with a king size bed leading to a children’s bedroom with two single beds. With an en suite bathroom, this floor is ideal for a family.
The guest house in the garden consists of a main bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds perfect for two children. This guest house is fully independent with its own kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor space.
On quieter nights, you can watch a movie or enjoy our ultrafast fibre wiFi to play video games with family and friends.
