It is particularly well placed for getting around the gulf of St Tropez and if you are going on holiday with babies, children or teenagers. Supermarkets, bakeries, green-grocers with local produce, restaurants, children’s entertainment, playgrounds are all just a short distance away. The seaside town of Port Grimaud is in very easy reach and so are the beaches of Grimaud, St Maxime and Cogolin. Saint Tropez is only 11km away.
Property: The entire villa is on one level and every room as access to the outside. The property is surrounded by a terrace that lets you enjoy the outside life from the moment you wake up in the morning.
The living areas are spacious and perfectly laid out for families and get-togethers. There is a large living/dining room and modern well equipped kitchen with a small separate utility/ laundry room. The property has wifi and Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
There are 2 beautiful master-bedrooms, each with a 180 x 2m bed and ensuite bathroom and dressing room. There are 2 further bedrooms, one with a 1.60 x 2m bed and a 1.40 x 2m bed, each with an ensuite bathroom.
All the bedrooms and living areas are fully air-conditioned.
Outside there is a large swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden. There is a Petanque area, trampoline, slide, vegetable garden and outdoor plug for recharging electric vehicles.
The property is fenced on all sides and access is via an automatic gate operated by remote control that lets cars in. There are at least 3 parking spaces on the property, including 1 or 2 under cover (depending on vehicle size).

Regular maintenance of the garden, including lawn mowing, weeding and pruning, as well as management of the swimming pool, are essential to ensure that the property remains welcoming and pleasant for every stay. Once or twice a week, a team of professionals will be on hand to maintain the property with the utmost discretion. The times and days of these visits will be specified on arrival. The cost of departure and arrival cleaning is included. If you would like one or more cleaning sessions during your stay, no problem – we can arrange this together in the weeks prior to your arrival. These additional costs will be borne by the holidaymakers, who will pay the cleaning company directly.
