Location: The property is 4 minutes from Golf Up; accrobranche Grimaud Aventure, 3-5 km from the beaches of Grimaud, 15 km from Pampelonne or 11 km from Saint Tropez

The fully-equipped kitchen with its larder offers the possibility of eating in or out.
The ice and fresh water machine with newly installed filter, not to mention a few easy cocktail recipes, will refresh your days on the Côte d’Azur.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is located directly next to the pool. It has a King-size bed and direct access to the terrace.
There are 3 further double bedrooms one of which is a teenage bedroom with a double bed of 140cm and a 5th bedroom with two single beds.
There are 3 bathrooms in total and a guest toilet.
Outside there is a 13-metre swimming pool with shading that can be heated, so you can enjoy your holiday with your feet in the water even at midday, protected from sunburn. A garden shower and beach towels are available.
The lush gardens surround the villa on all sides and is stocked with fruit trees and tropical vegetation. There are chickens that produce amazing organic eggs which taken care of by a dedicated staff.
Staff stay on site in the ground floor studio and look after the outside of the villa, and the pool “while you’re away” or by arrangement.
A cleaning or housekeeping service can be arranged during your stay if this is convenient for you.
